Wilks and Braun of O,R&L Commercial represent AAA Northeast in $2.35m sale

West Springfield, MA O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of 150 Capital Dr., a highly visible office property with exposure from I-91, for $2.35 million.

The property was previously occupied by AAA Northeast, which will continue operations at the location under a lease with the new ownership. The transaction allows AAA Northeast to redeploy capital and management resources toward expanding its core business, enhancing customer service, and pursuing new growth opportunities.

Pioneer Valley Credit Union acquired the property and plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to 150 Capital Dr. within the next two years. The acquisition will provide the credit union with a new headquarters location while allowing AAA Northeast to maintain its operations at the property during the transition.

Thomas Wilks and Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial Real Estate represented AAA Northeast in the transaction. Tyde Richards of Forestville Development Group represented Pioneer Valley Credit Union.

“This transaction demonstrates that while overall market conditions for the sale and leasing of office buildings may be challenging, well-located properties with standout visibility remain highly desirable and continue to command attention from qualified buyers,” said Wilks.
