William Raveis Legends Realty Group opens third office in Westchester County , N.Y.

William Raveis Affiliates has had tremendous success in affiliating with some of the most respected independent companies in the Northeast. Over the past 2 years, William Raveis Affiliates has added 12 offices in New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Leading independent brokerages throughout the Northeast have chosen to affiliate with William Raveis because of the company's proven track record of growth, industry leading tools and systems, and family owned entrepreneurial leadership. Currently, William Raveis has 8 independent affiliates representing 15 offices. Chris Raveis, president of William Raveis Affiliates, recently announced that William Raveis Legends Realty Group has opened their third office in Westchester County, NY. This office, formerly Hudson Shores Realtors and owned by Bernice Gottlieb, a long time resident and admired business entrepreneur, is another step in the rapid progression that William Raveis Legends Realty Group has made since its inception in 2007. The acquisition of the Irvington office comes just one year after the opening of their Briarcliff office. Prior to their affiliation with William Raveis Real Estate in January 2011, Legends Realty Group existed as an independent brokerage with 19 sales associates, during which time they held number one market share in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Since affiliating with William Raveis, the number of agents has increased to 42 among their 3 offices. They are proud to have all the Irvington agents and staff join them in their new venture. In another example of its success, William Raveis Affiliates has also recently announced that their Rhode Island affiliate, William Raveis Chapman Enstone, has completed an acquisition of a Providence company marking their 5th location in the state of Rhode Island. Since affiliating with William Raveis, Chapman Enstone has grown from 1 office with 12 agents, to 5 offices and over 100 agents.
