William Raveis Real Estate acquires Commonwealth Associates office in Harwich Port, Mass.

According to Chris Raveis, managing partner of William Raveis Mass., William Raveis has opened a new office. The Harwich Port office, formally Commonwealth Associates was founded by Neil Cronin in 1988. Neil and Patty Cronin will continue working out of the office as the Commonwealth Group. "Our business model is unique versus other companies we compete against in the Northeast," said Raveis. "We are a privately held family business that has a strict focus on the success of our sales associates. We empower them with cutting edge technology and marketing tools that allow them to be more skilled and effective in servicing their customers and clients." Twelve years ago, William Raveis began expansion outside its home state of Conn. and, in those 12 years, the company has established 68 offices throughout Mass., R.I., N.Y., Vermont, N.J. and N.H. "We're very excited to be bringing the Commonwealth Group's extensive knowledge of Harwich Port to the William Raveis family," said Wendy Beaulieu, vice president of William Raveis Cape Cod. "Our team understands Cape Cod's unique real estate market, and is prepared to begin marketing homes throughout the Cape's beautiful and historic neighborhoods." The Harwich Port office is supported by a team of experienced, highly-professional agents. The office opens its doors with Neil and Patty Cronin, as well as John Mahan, Sara Chase and Eric Hedmark. William Raveis is excited to see continued growth in Massachusetts, and is confident that the new Harwich Port office will be a successful addition to its local community.
