Williams and Lash of Choyce Peterson rep O'Shaughnessy Asset

Choyce Peterson, Inc has negotiated a new 12,200 s/f lease for O'Shaughnessy Asset Management at Six Suburban Ave. Jeffrey Williams and Steve Lash of Choyce Peterson, represented O'Shaughnessy Asset Management in its search and lease negotiation. "Choyce Peterson did a great job for us," said William Latimer, managing director for O'Shaughnessy. "Jeff's experience was also a large part of why he was able to accomplish so much for us in such a short time. Jeff chased down everything we needed, from the architect to the decorator." Steve Baker, Kevin Foley and Torey Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the negotiation.
