Windover Construction completed its ninth project at Endicott College - a $13.9 million renovation and expansion of the Callahan Student Center. Windover led the design/build approach and completed the project during the active school year on time and on budget. Mark Connor of Connor Architecture was the architect.

The project involved constructing a 26,000 s/f addition to the existing 38,000 s/f building. Demolition and construction were completed in phases to accommodate the occupied areas that needed to remain in use. Renovations included demolition and installation of all plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, a new façade, and new road and pedestrian ways surrounding the building.
The Callahan Center is home to expanded kitchen and dining areas, a new bookstore, administrative offices, a new health center, counseling center, mail and copy center, and an expanded student lounge.
