Peabody Properties, Inc. will lease, market and manage the Burnham Apartments. According to the developer, Windover Development, the project is slated for completion this month.
Located just 28 miles north of Boston on Rantoul Str., the property is an 38-unit luxury apartment community. The one and two bedroom units will range between 660 and 978 s/f in size. Amenities and features include central air, granite countertops, hardwood floors, 24-hour emergency maintenance, elevators and a community fitness center.
