Windover Development appoints Peabody Properties to lease, market and manage Burnham Apartments

Peabody Properties, Inc. will lease, market and manage the Burnham Apartments. According to the developer, Windover Development, the project is slated for completion this month. Located just 28 miles north of Boston on Rantoul Str., the property is an 38-unit luxury apartment community. The one and two bedroom units will range between 660 and 978 s/f in size. Amenities and features include central air, granite countertops, hardwood floors, 24-hour emergency maintenance, elevators and a community fitness center. Peabody Properties President, Karen Fish-Will believes the Burnham Apartments will appeal to those looking for service, amenities and a vibrant sea-side community. "The Burnham Apartments are easy to find and easy to reach with major highways and commuter rail service just minutes away. Equally important, the beautiful city of Beverly offers access to sandy beaches, golf courses, fine dining, great shopping, and lively entertainment. It's clear from initial inquiries that the Burnham Apartments will be in high demand." According to Windover's President, Lee Dellicker, Peabody Properties' management will add great value to the new property.
