Needham, MA Wingate Living and WL Development, owner, operator, manager, and developer of luxury senior living communities, broke ground on One Wingate Way East, alongside president Alexandra Schuster, founder and CEO Scott Schuster, and additional members of their leadership team. As of the groundbreaking, 75% of the residential units have been leased to residents. The community designed for independent seniors is expected to welcome residents in the spring of 2026.
Comprised of three floors and customized amenities, One Wingate Way East will feature a rooftop lounge and grille, as well as a golf simulator, makers’ art workshop, yoga and spin studios, and library. One-bedroom and two-bedroom units featuring Juliet balconies and French doors will range in size and scope, with dozens of unique floor plans offered.
