Needham, MA Wingate Living and WL Development, owner, operator, manager, and developer of luxury senior living communities, is providing a new look at their newest project, One Wingate Way East.

One Wingate Way East will feature 69 residential units, designed for independent seniors in a boutique style community. Comprised of three floors and bespoke amenities, One Wingate Way East will feature a pickle ball court and rooftop lounge and grille, as well as a golf simulator, makers’ art workshop, yoga and spin studios, and library. One-bedroom and two-bedroom units featuring Juliet balconies and French doors, will range in size and scope, with dozens of unique floor plans offered. The community is expected to begin construction by the end of 2024.

Future residents of One Wingate Way East will share a collective campus with existing Wingate communities and will have access to amenities such as an indoor heated saltwater pool and fitness center, underground parking garage, salon and spa services, and gourmet dining featuring a display kitchen.

One Wingate Way East will be built with sustainability at the forefront of the design. The property is 98% electric and features high-efficiency electric heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation in common areas, and new windows with Low E transmission. Residents will also find outdoor electric car chargers, a green roof in select areas, and LED lighting, both inside and out. Additionally, the property will include Energy Star appliances, water-saving fixtures, and low-flow toilets, shower heads, and faucets.

The leasing gallery for One Wingate Way East is now officially open for future residents to schedule private consultations and learn more about residency options. Priority deposits are now being accepted for unit selection. One Wingate Way East will be an entrance fee model determined by size, location, and unit type.

One Wingate Way East will be owned and operated by Ginger Care, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, and managed by Wingate Living. WL Development will serve as the developer.
