Witkiewicz of Advance Realty CT leases 4,000 s/f
Oak Hill School recently signed a long term lease for 4,000 s/f of Class B office space at 45 North Main St., Second Floor.
The lessor is Valley Bank, CT.
Joel Witkiewicz, CCIM of Advance Realty CT, LLC was the sole broker.
