Witten and Nolletti of Marcus & Millichap handle $21.15 million 231,072 s/f sale

Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services were the sole brokers in the sale of the East Farm Village Apartments for $21.15 million. Located at 55 & 65 Messina Dr., East Farm Village consists of 7.67 acres with a 240-unit multifamily rental property. The property has two buildings, including a 204-unit, 3 to 10-story building and a 36-unit, 3 to 4-story building. The total area is 231,072 s/f and a NLA of 173,900 s/f. The seller was East Haven Real Estate Associates LP and the buyer is 65 Messina Dr., LLC which was represented by Al Ippolito of Fasano, Ippelito & Lee and Rolan Joni Young of Berchem, Moses & Devlin, P.C.
