Wm. M. Hotchkiss awarded management contract for 57 units

The Wm. M. Hotchkiss Company, based in New Haven, was recently appointed as managing agent for the Baybrook Arms, Inc. Located at 41 Jones Hill Rd., this 57-unit cooperative was constructed in 1967, and includes both 1 and 2-bedroom units. The facility is built on 1.97 scenic acres and is situated on the West Haven shoreline, just steps from beaches and quaint restaurants and retail.
