According to World Energy Solutions, Inc. and Berkeley Investments, Inc., World Energy has executed a ten-year lease at 100 Front St. Berkeley was represented by Jim Umphrey and Will Kelleher of Kelleher & Sadowsky. Bob McGuire of CBRE-New England represented World Energy Solutions.
