WP Realty, Inc. has recently broken ground on The Shops at Devon located on Lancaster Ave. The Shops at Devon is Phase II of Devon Village, the neighboring 80,000 s/f mixed-use development which is anchored by Whole Foods.
The Shops at Devon will consist of two buildings. Building #1 will be 3,300 s/f and is well suited for a restaurant. Building #2 will be 12,800 s/f and is designed for retail. The new project is interconnected to Devon Village and Whole Foods, and has access to a signalized intersection on Lancaster Ave.
Devon is located west of Philadelphia. The property is on Lancaster Ave. (Rte. 30), a east-west thoroughfare that extends from Philadelphia in the east to Lancaster in the west.
The project architect is Ignarri Lummis and the site contractor is Brubacher Excavating.
