Wright of Colliers International facilitates sale of Planet Fitness building in Manchester, NH for $4.2m
Manchester, NH Colliers International completed the sale of 99 Eddy Rd., for $4.2 million. Bryan Wright, of Colliers’ local office, facilitated the sale between Anagnost Companies and Agree Development, LLC, of Michigan.
The 20,000 s/f building is fully occupied by Planet Fitness corporate and located off Exit 6 from I-293. This is one of the two Planet Fitness locations in the city, with the other being across town on Huse Rd.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
