Wright of Colliers International facilitates sale of Planet Fitness building in Manchester, NH for $4.2m
Manchester, NH Colliers International completed the sale of 99 Eddy Rd., for $4.2 million. Bryan Wright, of Colliers’ local office, facilitated the sale between Anagnost Companies and Agree Development, LLC, of Michigan.
The 20,000 s/f building is fully occupied by Planet Fitness corporate and located off Exit 6 from I-293. This is one of the two Planet Fitness locations in the city, with the other being across town on Huse Rd.

Salem, MA The Mega Group has completed the sale of 10-14 Lynch St., representing the seller, 10-14 Lynch St. Salem Realty Trust and its trustee, Anthony K Paone Jr. of Florida. The subject property is a 11,519 s/f 12-unit brick apartment building with nine off-street parking spaces on a 6,460 s/f corner lot.
