Wright of Colliers International leases 10,000 s/f to Golden Corral

Manchester, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services has leased10,000 s/f to Golden Corral. Bryan Wright, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented Golden Corral in its search to open its first restaurant in northern New England. This buffet style restaurant is based out of North Carolina and has been around for 46 years, with 490 locations across 41 states. 

Golden Corral will be opening at The Shoppes at South Willow St. Chris McMahon, of Summit Realty Partners, represented the landlord, Brady Sullivan Properties.
