Each year, South Shore Living magazine publishes its reader's poll of the "very best of everything" on the Boston-area's South Shore. According to WS Development, the magazine has named Derby St. Shoppes the "Best Shopping Center on the South Shore." The listing appeared in the magazine's August edition.
Derby St. Shoppes is located just off Rte 3 and offers direct access to Boston's affluent South Shore communities. Derby St. Shoppes' tenant mix includes:

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
