Yalesville Properties signs 23,182 s/f lease
Middletown, CT Yalesville Properties, LLC, completed a 10 year lease with BCY, INC. for 23,182 s/f at 155 Industrial Park Rd. The site was purchased by Yalesville in May, and underwent extensive renovations to prepare for the upcoming tenancy.
Yalesville Properties was represented in house by Jonathan Gavin and Harley Hiscock III, while Dan Mason of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate represented BCY, INC.
Yalesville properties is a privately held real estate investment and management firm specializing in value-add opportunities across Connecticut.
