Young and Day of CBRE/The Boulos Co. arranges 14,500 s/f lease
According to CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company, AAA Northern New England has leased 14,500 s/f of commercial space at 411 Payne Rd.
The building is owned by Jorich Real Estate, LLC. The transaction was brokered by Craig Young, CCIM, partner and Charles Day of CBRE/ The Boulos Co.
