The 25,024 s/f Hancock North Building located at 185 Centre St. was recently sold by James Zafris and Ralph Leonard of Ralph Leonard Associates Inc. for $3.105 million. Hancock Survey Associates, the key tenant, has extended their lease and will be doing business as usual there and at their other locations.
