Milford, CT According to Scott Zakos, associate of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, Milford Financial has leased 1,475 s/f of first floor office space at 3 Lafayette St. Brian Bach and Scott Jacob, partners of Milford Financial have been established in the city for years, relocating from a class A corporate office building to historic downtown Milford Green offers many amenities, shops, restaurants, and walking distance to the train station. The building is owned and developed into a mixed-use building by local architect, the late Ray Oliver/estate. The terms and conditions of the leases were not disclosed.
