Zakos of Vidal/Wettenstein negotiates $1.1m sale to CHS Rlty.
Scott Zakos, partner of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, has sold 25 Rachel Dr. to CHS Realty. CHS Realty, an affiliate of Commercial Heating Supply, purchased the industrial facility from Ernest Bodnar for $1.1 million, or approximately $84 per s/f.
Built in 1970, the building measures 13,058 s/f on a little less than a half-acre. Commercial Heating Supply was the property's sole tenant at the time of purchase. It will continue occupying the building as a distribution center for its products.
Zakos of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC represented both parties in the transaction.
