Zekos Group to conduct live public auction of nearly a dozen properties in Wareham, MA on March 20th

The town of Wareham intends to sell nearly a dozen properties that have been taken for the non-payment of taxes. The town owned properties will be offered at a live public auction by The Zekos Group Auctioneers on Thursday, March 20th at noon at the Wareham Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Rd. The live public auction will ensure a transparent and professional process where properties will be sold to the highest bidder, allow the town to generate one time revenue and restore the properties to the tax rolls. Auctioneer Paul Zekos of Zekos Group, has conducted auctions for dozens of cities and towns across the state including the nearby town of Bourne. He indicated the sale will feature a very nice single family home on Plymouth Ave. along with three other dwellings and multiple land parcels throughout the town. Zekos, said, "This is an exciting opportunity for investors, builders and end users to acquire an investment property at just the right time in the market." Prospective bidders are urged to visit the auctioneer's website at www.zgauctions.com for detailed information. The project is a collaboration between town officials, D'Ambrosio Brown Law Firm and the Zokos Group Auctioneers.
