Zelman of Broder Commercial brokers 15,135 s/f $1.93m sale
Brian Zelman of Broder Commercial recently brokered the sale of 220 Farmington Ave. for $1.93 million or $127 per s/f. The 1.78-acre site has a 15,135 s/f office building built in 1960. The building was recently renovated for partial use as medical office suites, due to its close proximity to the UConn Health Center. At the time of sale, the building was fully occupied.
The buyer is 85 Bishop Lane Corp. and the seller was 220 Farmington LLC.
Indrek Buttner of First Atlantic Realty represented the buyer and Zelman represented the seller.
