West Lebanon, NH Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial, has recently arranged long term lease between EarthDeco and Triton Realty Corp. at Glen Rd. Plaza.

EarthDeco is a retail and wholesale gallery of cutting edge new designs in furniture, décor and fine art from around the world. EarthDeco's mission is to provide only products that are good for people and the planet.

EarthDeco was founded by Trevor Law and Duc Do. During their travels they researched exciting new designs using sustainable materials. Law said, "We found, even through our own design needs, that such furniture and appointments were simply not available in the U.S. and came up with the idea of EarthDeco."

The new facility will be approximately 2,400 s/f and is planned to open in late spring, early summer.

Waters said, "After a study of demographics and physical sites, West Lebanon, at the center of the Upper Valley market, seemed to be a perfect fit for the new gallery and retail store."

EarthDeco will be next to Illuminations Lighting Gallery which was an excellent fit and will offer a comprehensive experience for the home or office decorator.

The Glen Rd. Plaza is located just off exit 20 of I-89 and offers a strong mix of retail, restaurant and office tenants.
