Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC negotiates sale of Braintree office condo at 1599 Washington St.

Braintree MA Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC has negotiated the sale of 1599 Washington St., Suite 204 (aka 2d).

The sale price for the property, a 1,758 s/f office condominium, was $285,000, or $162 per s/f. 

Angela and Jay Nuss of Jay Nuss Realty represented David Storlazzi, the owner of the property.

“We were thrilled to work with David as we both represent the second generation in our family’s businesses,” said Angela Nuss. “Additionally, this sale reflects the exciting momentum we’re seeing in Braintree and the South Shore more broadly.”
