Acton, MA PS468, LLC has purchased 468 Great Rd. for $2.075 million or approximately $140 per s/f. Dylan Connelly, senior associate, O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc., represented the buyer.

Connelly has since assisted PS468, LLC in leasing the property's 10,000 s/f vacancy to Payright Payroll Service, Inc. and the River of Life Christian Church.

The 14,835 s/f office building is now fully leased.

The seller, Batstone, LLC, was represented by Scott Hughes, John Hughes, and Steven Bradley of New Dover Associates, Inc.
