Stubblebine Co. brokers 57,400 s/f lease at Calare Properties site

The Stubblebine Company recently represented DGS Retail in the long term lease of the 57,400 s/f of industrial space at 60 Maple St. The property, which has been renovated by Calare Properties over the course of the last twelve months, is located close to the intersection of I-495 and I-95. DGS Retail manufactures specialty signs and displays of all media for retailers. Duncan' Donuts is one of their many clients. They will move from their current location in Walpole in September. According to James Stubblebine, "DGS selected the property because of the affordable cost structure, the ease of access to several major highway systems, and the excellent labor pool in the Mansfield area." James and David Stubblebine and Matt Wolfe of The Stubblebine Company represented the DGS and Calare Properties was represented by Stefan Frey, Jim Thomson, and Austin Smith.
