Keypoint Partners negotiates 5,100 s/f lease for LA Boxing

North Attleboro, MA KeyPoint Partners, LLC has negotiated a new 5,100 s/f lease with LA Boxing at Bernie's Cumberland Plaza. KeyPoint Partners' vice president of leasing Don Mace represented the landlord in the transaction.

LA Boxing is a national operator of distinctive cardio boxing and kickboxing health and fitness gyms, and is the gym of preference for amateur and professional athletes and people in the mainstream who are dedicated to leading fit and healthy lives.

Bernie's Cumberland Plaza is a 59,000 s/f strip center located in a super regional retail market on heavily traveled Rte. 1. Tenants at the center include Bernie's Electronics and Appliance Superstore, David's Bridal, FedEx/Kinko's, Corners, Newbury Comics, and Unique Dental Care.
