Branford, CT Kristin Geenty, SIOR has sold 1003 West Main St. Geenty represented the seller, B.W. Properties LLC of New Haven in the sale of 2.02 acres. The 19,000 s/f building, formerly a Saturn dealership, will be demolished.

The buyer, the newly merged Commerce Bank/T.D. BankNorth plans to construct a 4,500 s/f branch office on the site.

The sale price was in excess of $3.5 million.
