Clinton, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors of Branford represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale of 10,800 s/f of commercial condominium space on Nod Rd. The seller was MJM Self Storage of Clinton and the buyer is MCGrady 141 Real Estate Investments. Known as Greystone Park, the development totals 17 units.

The seller's agent was Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of the Geenty Group, Realtors, while the buyer was represented by Kevin Geenty, SIOR.

One of the buyer's operating companies plans to occupy a few of the units purchased after a major reconfiguration and renovation.

The purchase price was just under $900,000.

In another transaction, Panish Controls of Bridgeport leased two units totaling 1,600 s/f at 205 Research Dr., Milford. Panish Controls does service work on marine control systems in addition to general sales and support.

Bill Clark of the Geenty Group, Realtors represented the landlord, D'Amato Investments, LLC, while Laura Carolla of Prudential CT Realty of North Haven represented the tenant.
