Klemmer Associates' Klemmer and Geary broker 91,550 s/f lease

Klemmer Associates LLC has brokered a lease of 91,550 s/f of manufacturing space at 20 Computer Dr. on behalf of Suffolk Advisors. The space will be occupied by Southwick Clothing that was recently purchased by Retail Brand Alliance owner of Brooks Brothers, an apparel company.   Greg Klemmer and Ted Geary with Klemmer Asso. worked with Tyler Ewing and Brad Spencer from Grubb & Ellis who represented Southwick Clothing. "Southwick's former facility was on five floors in an outdated facility," said Ewing.  "The move from Lawrence to Haverhill puts the company all on one level in a relatively new, state-of-the-art facility."
