NAI Hunneman Commercial leases 3,022 s/f to Morrissey & Company

Boston, MA NAI Hunneman Commercial has leased a 3,022 s/f office condominium at 6 Edgerly Place to Morrissey & Company.

Morrissey & Company is an award winning public relations agency and a member of Pinnacle Worldwide, a leading international corporation of independently owned communications agencies with more than 60 offices worldwide.

Bonny Doorakian, senior associate at NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, Two Conn Realty Trust, in the transaction. Kristin Blount and Pat Buckley of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the tenant, Morrissey & Company.

The firm will relocate from its current headquarters at 121 Mount Vernon St. Beacon Hill in Boston to 6 Edgerly Place this spring.
