NAI Hunneman brokers 10,422 s/f in 3 leases at 320 Congress St. in the Fort Point/Seaport District

Boston, MA NAI Hunneman has brokered 10,422 s/f of office space to three tenants at 320 Congress St. in the city's Fort Point Channel/Seaport District.

NAI Hunneman's Jeffrey Becker, senior vice president/principal, and Bonny Doorakian, senior associate, represented the landlord, Congress Plaza LLC, in all three transactions. Here are details of the transactions:

* Proxy Networks Inc. leased 3,722 s/f. Ryan Hurd of Richards Barry & Joyce Partners represented Proxy Networks in the transaction.

* ZMags Inc. leased 3,520 s/f of office space. Tom O'Regan of Richards Barry & Joyce represented ZMags in the transaction.

* One7 LLC, the U.S. licensee of Kangroo's footwear, apparel and accessories, leased 3,180 s/f of office space. Tom Robinson of Newmark Frank Knight represented One7 in the transaction.

"We're very pleased to have recently signed three new leases, totaling over 10,000 s/f of office space," said Becker, whose firm serves as an exclusive leasing agent for the property. "Our client has found great tenants, who were attracted to the building because of the area's numerous amenities and conveniences."
