Keefe and Crawford of HK Group broker $7.1m office building sale

Harden Crawford IV, senior vice president and Matthew Keefe, president of HK Group, Westport, brokered the sale of 67 Holly Hill Lane for $7.1 million. The sale price represented $341 per s/f. 67 Holly Hill Lane is a 20,800 s/f, three story Class B office building located off West Putnam Ave. within close proximity of the Greenwich central business district. The building is currently 88% occupied and sold at a 7.4% cap rate to a Westport investor. Both sides of the deal were represented by Crawford and Keefe. HK Group is a 20 year old boutique commercial real estate investment sales and leasing firm based out of Westport.
