Lincoln Property Co. leases 16,132 s/f

Marlborough, MA Lincoln Property Company recently brokered a 16,132 s/f office lease to Communications Technology Services at 33 Locke Dr.

Tim Latham, vice president, and Kevin Malloy, senior vice president, both of Lincoln Property, represented the tenant, Communications Technology Services (CTS), a Marlborough-based national communications infrastructure service company. Bill Sullivan of RW Holmes represented the landlord, Janelon Trust, in the transaction.

Built in 1985 and located on a 3.79-acre lot, 33 Locke Dr. is a 60,477 s/f office and R&D building.
