Sullivan of Sullivan Construction attains LEED AP accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council

According Sullivan Construction Inc., Tom Sullivan is LEED accredited, a certification administered by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). This professional accreditation validates that the individual possesses the understanding of green building practices and principles and is familiar with LEED requirements, resources, and construction processes.
LEED promotes environmentally responsible building practices focusing on improving the occupant's well-being, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions though a reduction of fossil fuel dependence, and a cost-benefit analysis for using established and innovative construction practices.
Sullivan is a founding member of the NH Chapter of the USGBC. The company is committed to the design build delivery of construction services and provides green construction alternatives to its clients for process consideration in all of their projects.
One of its most recent accomplishments is the renovation of the former Nationwide building into the company's corporate headquarters for which the company is registered for the first LEED Platinum Commercial Interiors Certified building in NH.
