Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties Inc. exclusively represented the lease to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, a 5,800 s/f restaurant on an outparcel in front of Big Y Supermarket and Home
Depot which is located at 2039 Boston Rd. (Rte. 20). Halprin was the sole broker in the deal and represented both the landlord Merchant Wilbraham II, LLC of East Windsor and Round Robin Realty, LLC of Hartford. in the transaction.
Round Robin Realty, LLC currently own and operates six franchised restaurants in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. is a national casual dining chain with over 400 restaurants. They serve their guests an imaginative selection of more than two dozen gourmet burgers in a variety of recipes with all-you-can-eat Bottomless Steak Fries. Their menu also includes salads, soups, appetizers, entrees, desserts, children's fare and their signature Mad Mixology specialty beverages.
New England Retail Properties, Inc. headquartered in Wethersfield, Conn. is a commercial retail brokerage firm that was founded in 1987, handles shopping center and restaurant leasing and sales, and exclusively represents over four million s/f of retail space, along with several national retail tenants in all major markets of New England.
