111-115 Kilsyth has large two and three bedroom apartments. Units and hallways were renovated to meet CHR standards. New double-hung vinyl windows and water conserving low flow toilets were installed. PL's for lighting common areas were integrated into new fixtures. Old entrance doors were replaced with large glass doors which have beautiful arched tops. A parking lot adjacent to this building was reconfigured to maximize use, and residents have access to Zipcars parked onsite.
