Landmark Structures Corp. is providing building envelope services for the Frankie O'Day Cooperative, 360-374 Columbus Ave., a group of brick row housing in the city's South End. The scope of the services being provided include the replacement of 220 windows, various exterior masonry repairs, wood trim restoration, replacement of exterior doors and hardware and painting. Being a historically sensitive project, Landmark is working with architect, Mostue & Associates, and the South End Historic District Commission to ensure that the repairs being made preserve the integrity of these historically relevant brick row houses. Landmark is performing the work while the buildings remain occupied but there have been no interruptions to the daily operations of the building's tenants.
