Powers & Co. brokers five leases totaling 23,000 s/f at Vinnin Sq. Plaza

Swampscott, MA Powers & Company, representing the owner of Vinnin Square Plaza, has brokered five new leases totaling over 23,000 s/f to revitalize Vinnin Square Plaza and positioned the center to just one space short of 100% leased. The five new retailers are Petco, the Paper Store which leased 6,500 s/f, Aiki Hibachi which will operate out of 5100 s/f, All Eye Care Optical, and Kenneth Jon Jewelers who both leased 1,350 s/f each. Cooperating brokers Atlantic Retail Properties, The Drumlin Group, and The Auber Group represented their tenants.

This great new line up of retailers joins CVS, Panera Bread, Elizabeth Grady, Sleepy's and Athlete's Corner.
