Neville Cos. selected by Stop & Shop Supermarkets to manage 500,000 s/f
Neville Companies, Inc. was selected by Stop & Shop Supermarket Cos. to manage eight commercial properties comprised of over 500,000 s/f of retail and office space throughout New England. These properties, tenanted with local and national leaseholders alike, range in size and include an 180,000 s/f Stop & Shop anchored shopping plaza in downtown.
Geoffrey Grab, Neville's director of business development, cultivated a relationship with the Stop & Shop Supermarket over the past several years of his career, and through his efforts, this contract was brought to Neville.
Neville's Mass. office will handle the management of the Stop & Shop assignment under the supervision of Roger Tyler, director of property management, Geoffrey Grab, senior property manager and Lori DeSantis, property manager.
