Westwood, MA Jeff Allaire of Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial has sold 35 Perwal St. for $1.4 million. Allaire represented the seller Perwal Street Realty Trust and procured the buyer Marden Perwal, LLC.

The building is a 42,000 s/f industrial building situated on 3.13 acres off I-95. The building is a food distribution and processing facility occupied by two tenants, Captain Marden's Seafoods, an affiliate of the buyer, and Oxford Trading Company, Inc. an affiliate of the seller.

Allaire simultaneously brokered the sale of a controlling interest in Oxford Trading Company, Inc., one of the world's oldest distributors of Certified Angus Beef, for an undisclosed sum.
