Lebanon, NH Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, completed new leases for 24 Hanover St. in downtown.

24 Hanover St. is a mixed use facility with approximately 15,000 s/f.

Pentagon Property Management will occupy approximately 2,500 s/f for their new office and support organization. Pentagon Property Management is one of the upper valley's premier property management and rental organizations.

Another recent lease for professional office space was executed with Pathways of the River Valley. Pathways provides social services to the upper valley and will use the new offices principally for staff and administrative functions.

Other tenants of 24 Hanover St. are Robyn Jacobs, M.D.; Nancy K. Brown, Esq.; Eye Care Outlet; Lebanon Barbershop, to name a few.

According to Waters, "24 Hanover St. offers a central location, accessed by public transportation, ample municipal parking and is surrounded by many other services."

McLaughry Commercial represented the landlord in these transactions and assisted the tenants.
