East Lyme, CT O,R&L Commercial has negotiated the $1.5 million sale of the former JY Sailboat facility, a 30,000 s/f high bay warehouse and two adjacent vacant lots located at 8 Capitol Dr.

Tim McMahon of O,R&L represented the seller, DW Realty and procured the buyer, the town through a negotiated bid sale. The town plans to relocate its public works department to the site which will provide a centralized location for its fleet and equipment. The town voted unanimously to approve the sale in September.

Earlier in the year, O,R&L brokered the sale of a 20,000 s/fbuilding in the same park to American Laboratory Trading which relocated from Groton.
