Diversified Project Mgmt. retained by New England Institute of Technology

Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM), has been hired to assist New England Institute of Technology (New England Tech) with its relocation to a new campus. New England Tech has hired DPM to assist with the first phase of an extensive relocation into a new three-floor, 265,000 s/f facility on Division Rd. Currently, New England Tech is in the process of completely renovating the newly acquired building, which was originally built as corporate office space, to suit their needs as an educational institution. The first phase is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of this year. Diversified is providing full relocation management services which involves the generation and maintenance of the overall relocation schedule, the bidding, ordering, delivery and installation of furniture, mover selection and other items as required. "We are excited to work with New England Tech as they expand and improve their facility," said Bob Keeley, president of DPM. "We are pleased to add them to our growing list of Rhode Island clients and look forward to collaborating with their team on a successful project."
