Surprenent of MG Commercial leases at 1300 Highland Corp. Park

Cumberland, RI Gerry Surprenent, SIOR of MG Commercial and Andrew Galvin of CB Richard Ellis have leased 3,600 s/f to The Hershey Co. at 1300 Highland Corporate Park.

Galvin represented the tenant. Surprenant represented the landlord, RBaird, LLC.

Hershey joins Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, and Unilever as tenants at 1300 Highland.
