O,R&L completes sale and lease deals - 19,140 s/f
Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of 294 George Washington Rd., a 14,840 s/f industrial building for a sale price of $680,000. Karney represented both the seller, Floral Realty Inc., and the buyer, Allied Community Services.
Allied Community Services provides individuals with disabilities or other challenges the opportunity to live a productive, independent and fulfilling life. The company has more than 165 employees in Connecticut and Alabama.
In another transaction, Steve Foote and Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the leasing of 14,300 s/f at 11 Progress Circle, Newington to LDI Enterprises, Inc. Foote represented the landlord, Buckley Newington Trust, and Morris represented the tenant.
This space is a new location for a ServPro cleaning and restoration business, specializing in fire and water cleanup and restoration services.
