Five new tenants at WS Development's Chestnut Hill Shopping Center

Chestnut Hill, MA Several new retailers have joined Chestnut Hill Shopping Center according to WS Development, the center's owner and developer. The new tenants are:

* Angora Ice - 413 s/f shop will offer yogurt, smoothies and other sweet treats.

* Comella's - 1,027 s/f Italian dining establishment will open in early fall.

* EyeSpot - 1,554 s/f space will offer patients access to all three forms of eye care, including an optician, optometrist and ophthalmologist.

* Urban Grape - 2,487 s/f wine, beer, spirits, sake store.

* AT&T - 2,784 s/f store.

All of the new retailers are located in space adjacent to Star Market, which re-opened in a new building last fall. As part of the new building construction, more than 5,500 s/f of additional retail space was created.

"These new dining and service options are the perfect complement to Star Market section of the center, creating a convenient hub of activity for Chestnut Hill shoppers," said David Fleming, director of corporate marketing for WS Development.
