Dartmouth, MA The renovations to American Eagle Outfitters, Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Foot Action at Dartmouth Mall have been completed.

The four stores at Dartmouth Mall were remodeled with new flooring, lighting and store fronts. Renovations are complete at the 2,400 s/f Kids Foot Locker and the 4,800 s/f Foot Locker. The most recent renovations include updates to the 3,999 s/f Foot Action and the 4,669 s/f American Eagle Outfitters.

Dartmouth Mall is owned and managed by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT). PREIT, founded in 1960 and one of the first equity REITs in the U.S. , has a primary investment focus on retail shopping malls and community centers.

According to Dartmouth Mall general manager Steve Byron American Eagle's general contractor was Tom Rectenwald Construction and the general contractor for Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Foot Action was Russco Inc.

The company's portfolio consists of 54 retail properties including 38 shopping malls, 13 community centers, and three properties under development. The company's properties are located in the eastern half of the U.S., primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. PREIT is headquartered in Philadelphia.
