Milford, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., the 6,300 s/f free standing building at 1422 Boston Post Rd. has been leased to Advance Auto, a publicly traded national auto parts chain, which operates over 3,300 stores nationwide.

Richetelli and Fred Messore of Colonial Props. represented the property owner, Milford Equity Associates, LLC in the trransaction. Advance Auto signed a ten-year lease and opened the store in the spring. The building formerly housed Doman Home Fashions.
